Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after your order is placed. During new product launches, limited releases, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 3–7 business days
  • International: 7–21 business days

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery may be delayed due to weather, customs processing, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been shipped, AJIKARCHIVES is not responsible for replacing or refunding the order.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

AJIKARCHIVES is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If your package is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We will do our best to assist when possible.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item
  • Photos of the shipping packaging

After reviewing your claim, AJIKARCHIVES will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or another suitable solution.
